Black bean and mango rice bowl!

A real staple within the Meltzer family 🥰 Recipe particulars are under –

Components 🍽: rice🍚, 1 medium onion🧅, black beans, 2 cloves of garlic🧄, mango, four medium sized tomatoes🍅, cilantro, 2 limes, avocado oil, olive oil, and spices.

👨‍🍳 get your rice going first – we at all times use our instapot to make because it takes the longest.
👨‍🍳 chop the onion & garlic.
👨‍🍳 warmth up a skillet on medium-high warmth with avocado oil. Whereas the skillet heats up, open up the black beans can, drain the fluids and rinse with water.
👨‍🍳 add onions & garlic to skillet and prepare dinner till they soften. Whereas they prepare dinner, chop up the tomatoes & add to skillet.
👨‍🍳 add the black beans to the skillet and spice it up! We love roasted seasoning, fajita seasoning, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir effectively
