Methodology:
Preheat oven to 400. Slice butternut squash in half, drizzle with 1 tbsp oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 1 hour till flesh is smooth. In the meantime warmth a big frying pan over medium warmth. Brown floor turkey and put aside. Add 2 tbsp of oil and sauté garlic and onions till translucent and aromatic. Subsequent add celery, carrots, apple, cranberries, and pecans to the pan. Sauté for five minutes till greens are tender. Season with salt and pepper to style. Add the turkey again in and blend to mix. Season with sage and rosemary. As soon as butternut squash is completed, scoop a portion out and fill together with your stuffing combination. Serve with a garnish of parsley.
