🥰 Chickpea Soup 🥰
Components: 2 cans of natural chickpeas, three celery stalks, 1 zucchini, 1 white onion, three carrots, 2 cloves of garlic, natural low sodium veggie inventory, and seasoning.

🔴 Begin off by slicing up your onion and garlic as you warmth up a pot on medium/excessive warmth with avocado oil.
🔴 As soon as the pot heats up, add the onion & garlic.
🔴 Subsequent, reduce up the remainder of your veggies: celery, zucchini, and carrots (peel them first 😉). Then, add them to the pot.
🔴 Drain your chickpeas and add to the pot as nicely.
🔴 Season to your liking! We use Mediterranean and Italian mixes for this soup (garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, chili flakes, oregano, basil, parsley, thyme and turmeric – actually every part 😂).
🔴 As soon as the veggies soften, add 2 cups of veggie inventory and produce soup to a boil. Then, cowl it and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
🔴 Mix the soup up and serve! Take pleasure in!
