Chickpea & tomato soup, Caesar spring combine salad, and a bit of entire wheat flatbread 🤩

~ Recipe for Soup ~
♨️ Warmth up a medium sized pot with a little bit of olive oil
♨️ Whereas the pot is heating up, minimize up a shallot and a garlic clove. As soon as accomplished, add to the pot and cook dinner for 1 minute.
♨️ Then add in 1.5 cups of vegetable broth, 2 cups of water, and 1 can of natural tomato paste. Season with Italian seasoning, salt & pepper.
♨️ Cook dinner soup for 10 minutes on low warmth.
♨️ Add in chickpeas and cook dinner for a further 5 minutes.

~ Dressing for Salad ~
🍋1 lemon
🥗 1 tbsp of natural Mayo
🍶A splash of liquid aminos
🥗 1 tsp of natural Dijon mustard
