Gluten-Free Banana 🍌 Bread

Okay, you guys I feel I cracked the code on gluten-free banana bread😍 This got here out so fluffy & rose fantastically 👏🏼 so you recognize I needed to share asap!

Buckwheat flour is the star of the present right here with it being an entire grain that’s excessive in fiber and naturally a gluten-free grain – making it considered one of my favourite flours to bake with!

The darker look of the Banana Bread is as a result of darkish texture of buckwheat flour- it’s not chocolate flavored and it’s burnt I promise!

– half of cup butter, softened
– half of cup monk fruit sugar
– half of cup golden monk fruit sugar
– 2 eggs
– three ripe bananas
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/four cup almond milk
– 1 half of cups buckwheat flour
– half of cup oat flour
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 1 tsp baking soda
– half of tsp salt
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– half of cup darkish chocolate chips – I used lilys_sweets


In a medium bowl cream butter and sugar till absolutely mixed. Subsequent beat in eggs till clean. Combine in mashed bananas, vanilla extract, and almond milk. In a separate bowl add all dry components and whisk to mix. Slowly add dry components to the moist till absolutely mixed. Pour right into a *greased* loaf pan and bake 55 min to 1 hour on 350 till a toothpick comes out clear.
