Tonight, we’re having some tofu,
avocado, blended veggies and rice. The tofu was soaked in rice vinegar to offer it a little bit of a candy Asian taste 🥰. We cooked it in liquid amino acids (a low-sodium and more healthy model of soy sauce – to us, it tastes an identical and is a no brainer to make use of!).
We’re not vegetarians however we’ve been making an attempt to deal with meat 🥩 & rooster 🍗extra like a delicacy and never eat them on a regular basis.
