It’s Memorial Day Weekend! 🇺🇸 How are you celebrating?

For those who’re going to a barbecue, commencement, or some other COVID protected get togethers- these BUFFALO CAULIFLOWER “WINGS” are the right app to deliver👏🏼

And should you forgot to purchase recent cauliflower like I did, these are so handy as a result of they use frozen riced cauliflower!

These are Vegan, Gluten free, and really easy to make. Even the meat eaters will take pleasure in these!😉

Substances:
– 2 cups riced cauliflower
– half cup GF breadcrumbs
– 2 flax eggs
– four tbsp thenewprimal Buffalo Sauce
– 2 tbsp Vegan Butter (or ghee)

Methodology:
Mix all substances in a bowl and blend. Type into balls (about 15) and place into an AirFryer. Set temperature to 375 for 12 minutes. In the meantime make the sauce by combining the Buffalo sauce and melted butter. As soon as the cauliflower wings are performed, toss within the sauce and place again into the AirFryer for five minutes. Serve with Ranch and Celery.
