It’s recreation day! 🏈 What snacks do you may have lined up for the Tremendous Bowl? For those who want a final minute thought strive these wonderful air-fried Buffalo Cauliflower “wings”! These are SO simple to make and are excellent if you happen to don’t have numerous elements available. Since I didn’t have cauliflower florets I used frozen cauliflower rice as an alternative they usually turned out nice! 👏🏼
To make:
🏈2c cauliflower rice
🏈1/2c GF breadcrumbs
🏈 1tsp garlic, salt & pepper
🏈 2 flax eggs (1tbsp flax seed and three tbsp water every)
Mix all elements and scoop and roll into 1 inch measurement balls. Place in air fryer at 375 for 10-12 minutes.
Subsequent put together the sauce:
🏈 four tbsp The New Primal Medium Buffalo Sauce
🏈 2 tbsp Ghee or vegan butter
Take “wings” out and toss in sauce. Place again into air fryer at 375 and cook dinner an extra 5 minutes.
Serve with celery sticks, ranch dressing, and further sauce!😋
I made a DF ranch for serving- i’ll share a recipe quickly! Numerous these elements could be interchangeable so be happy to sub GF breadcrumbs for normal ones and ghee for normal butter!
