Components (all natural, at all times): edamame, corn, cherry tomatoes, celery, parsley, yellow onion, pepper, garlic, natural low sodium veggie inventory, small blended potatoes and a few spices!

Recipe:
🧑‍🍳 Boil some barely salted water over a medium sized pot. As soon as it boils, add the frozen edamame and corn.
