Let me introduce you to the most effective breakfast mixture:
Pumpkin Pie 🤝 Pancakes
My favourite factor to make on the weekends are pancakes! Anybody else?? Plus these pancakes have all of the Fall 🍁 vibes and use a more healthy various flour known as Buckwheat. This flour is protein packed, naturally gluten-free, and an awesome supply of fiber!
Components:
– 1 flax egg
-3/Four c almond milk
– 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
-2 tsp coconut or monk fruit sugar
-1 cup buckwheat flour
-1 tsp baking powder
-1/2 tso baking soda
-1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
-1/2 c pumpkin puree
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-1 tbsp coconut oil
-maple syrup to high
Instructions:
Add 1 tbsp floor flax seed and three tbsp water to a bowl and put aside 5 minutes. Add milk and vinegar to a bowl and put aside 5 minutes. In a medium dimension mixing bowl add all dry components and whisk to mix. Add in pumpkin, milk, flax egg, and vanilla and blend till simply mixed. Warmth a big skillet over medium warmth and add coconut oil. Add dollops of batter and cook dinner 3-Four minutes per facet. Makes 10-12 Four inch dimension pancakes.
These pancakes are gluten-free, egg-free, vegan, and refined-sugar free which makes these pancakes nice to share with mates/children and accommodate all of the allergens🙌🏼
