Pumpkin 🎃 Spice Truffles
These truffles are so creamy, decadent, and completely spiced- but they’re gluten free, vegan, and evenly sweetened with maple syrup. 🤤
The “white chocolate” coating is product of natural and allergen-free baking chips (for our dairy-free and vegan buddies) from walmart. These are one of the best deal with to pop after dinner or share with buddies 🤗
Elements:
Filling:
– 1/three cup pumpkin spice peanut butter from wild_friends
– half of cup pumpkin purée
– 1/three cup coconut flour
– 1/four cup collagen
– 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
– 2 tbsp maple syrup
Topping:
– 1 cup DF white baking chips
– half of tbsp coconut oil
Instructions:
Add all filling elements collectively in a meals processor till mixed. Refrigerate 2 hours to sit back. Roll into half of inch measurement balls. Soften chocolate and coconut oil and toss to coat.
