Makes approx. three cups hummus

Wash Beet and take away stems. Wrap in aluminum foil and bake on 400 for 45 minutes to 1 hour till simply pierced with a fork. Slice into quarters and add to a meals processor or excessive velocity blender. Subsequent add remaining components besides chickpea liquid. Mix on excessive 1-2 minutes periodically stopping to scrape sides and verify texture. Add chickpea liquid 1 tbsp at a time till hummus is easy. Be happy ro end with a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle of sesame seeds.

Serve with sliced veggies and crackers. I really like the GF Almond Flour crackers from highkeysnacks !
