Strawberry 🍓 Layered Chia Seed Pudding

Have you ever ever tried chia seed pudding? I’m obsessive about this pudding- i’ll eat it for breakfast, as a snack or for dessert!

It’s really easy to make and so good for you as chia seeds comprise a ton of fiber and are a fantastic supply of Omega-Three fatty acids👏🏼

Recipe:
Serves 2
🍓1/4c chia seeds
🍓1c almond milk
🍓1 tsp vanilla extract
🍓Jam of choice- i used a home made strawberry jam

Technique:
Add chia seeds and milk to a jar and blend. Let sit within the fridge for at the very least four hours, ideally over evening to thicken. Divide combination into two small jars and layer within the strawberry jam. Prime with contemporary strawberries and cacao nibs. Be happy to play along with your toppings and make home made jam by mashing strawberries and cooking with maple syrup over the range for a couple of minutes.
