Strawberry 🍓 Layered Chia Seed Pudding

What’s your tackle chia seed pudding?? Some love the feel, different’s don’t. This recipe breaks up the layers with contemporary strawberry jam making it rather more interesting 😋

Chia seeds are an excellent meals that comprise a ton of fiber and are an awesome supply of Omega-Three fatty acids👏🏼

Recipe:
Serves 2
– 1/4c chia seeds
– 1c almond milk
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– Jam of alternative (i used a selfmade strawberry jam)

Methodology:
Stir chia seeds and milk in a jar and set within the fridge for not less than four hours, ideally over evening to thicken. Divide combination into two small jars and layer within the strawberry jam. High with contemporary strawberries and cacao nibs.

Be at liberty to play together with your toppings and make selfmade jam by mashing strawberries and cooking with maple syrup over the range for a couple of minutes.

Wholesome sufficient for breakfast, as a snack or a low sugar dessert!
