Tofu & Zucchini Noodles Bowl!
Elements: further agency natural tofu, 2 handfuls of cilantro, scallions, 2 small cucumbers, 2 zucchini, and handful of peanuts.
Sauce components: 2 cloves of garlic, 1 lime, grated ginger root, chili-garlic sauce, pure peanut butter, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and toasted sesame oil.

1️⃣ Peel & mince two cloves of garlic and grate the ginger. Add each right into a small bowl.
2️⃣ Reduce up 1 handful of cilantro and add to the bowl.
3️⃣ Add the beneath components into the bowl for the sauce:
– Juice of 1 lime
– 2 tablespoons of pure peanut butter
– 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
– 1 tablespoons of rice vinegar
– 1 teaspoon of chili-garlic sauce
– half tablespoon of sesame oil
4️⃣ Trim 2 zucchini’s and use a peeler to make noodles.
5️⃣ Warmth up two skillets with avocado oil: 1 for tofu and the opposite for the zucchini noodles. Reduce up the tofu within the meantime and as soon as heated, add to the heated up skillet. Then, add the zucchini noodles to their very own skillet.
